Personality

Louie is a very happy, playful and energetic guy who loves to play fetch with balls or toys. He is very affectionate and LOVES people and other dogs. He is always eager to meet new friends. Louie is very smart and does well in his obedience training and is up to doing anything we may try together.

Training

Louie started training for obedience and conformation showing as a young puppy. He has also been training to herd sheep, which he loves to do. Louie is currently training thru all levels of obedience from basic beginner to advance Utility work. He will start his obedience show career in early 2016. He is just starting his conformation show career too, which is like a " beauty show" for dogs.

Louie is only a year old so he has not started to show much yet. But, at the early age of 4 months old he received his AKC Canine Good Citizen Title.

How do you know that your dog enjoys being a therapy dog?

I know Louie will make a wonderful Therapy Dog because he LOVES people and he really enjoys making new friends. He is very happy and social, he always go up to new people to greet them and when he sees old friends he is very eager to say hi to them.

He has been going to a senior center since he was a young puppy and he really enjoys interacting with everyone there.
