Shetland Sheepdog / Bi-Blue

17"/ 25 lbs.

Ellie is an outgoing, energetic, sensitive, smart, very happy, silly girl who loves to play, play and play some more. She is very cooperative and always mindful to interactive with great care towards people and any dogs that she encounters. She is always eager to go out on adventures and meet new people and make new friends, both human and dog. She is gentle, sweet and fun loving. At the end of the day she is content to cuddle on the couch and snuggle in you.

Ellie received her Canine Good Citizen Title at the age of 6 months old. She has been going to obedience classes since she was 10 weeks old. She passed her Pet Partners Test a few days after turning 1 year old. She does very well in her obedience classes but will not start showing until she is about 2 years old.

How Do You Know That Your Dog Loves Therapy Work?

Ellie has only been a registered Therapy Dog for a few months as she is only a 1 year old, but, I knew she would make a wonderful Therapy Dog because she loves meeting new people and she is such a gentle and sweet dog. She is eager to interact with new people and she gets excited when she sees people she has already met. She also enjoys going out and doing new things. She has the right personality and temperament to be a wonderful Therapy Dog.

Any Other Information You Would Like to Include About Your Dog?

I think Ellie is a very special dog and will bring joy to so many people. I knew she was a unique and special puppy when I first meet her and brought her home. She is smart and sensitive and very eager to please. She lives with my four other Shelties, two of whom are registered Therapy Dogs too. Her best friend at home is a one of the Shelties named Lucy, the two of them are usually by each other's side and they are the best of friends.
