How do you know that your dog loves therapy work?

She is always smiling and looking for pets.

Sweet Tazer left us after 13 years of being our magic girl at home, at play and at work.

She spent her first 8 years going to work with her mom almost every day and visited her human friends that faced medical and mental health challenges. She picked a special social worker early in her career who spent 1 ½ years in doggie school with Tazer to learn how to hold the leash as well as her mom. She had a busy schedule that was harder to keep track of than the kids. After her mom retired, Tazer did not - and she joined PAWSITIVE THERAPY TROUPE and HOPE Animal Assisted Crisis Response and shared her magic personality with new populations.

Tazer faced some medical challenges with two bad shoulders and two torn ACLS. Her ACL repairs gave us an extra four years with her sweet presence. She retired and spent 2 ½ years in a glorious retirement where she held the status of household queen with three walks in the woods every day, weekly Rally classes, and her own personal masseuse who came weekly to the house.
