| Personality |
I have heard it said that Shelties are like "Little Love Sponges". This would certainly describe Jasper. He is a little reserved, but will quietly approach people. At home, Jasper likes to protect the house, especially from squirrels; so he spends a lot of time looking out our sliding glass doors. Favorite games at home are catch and chasing the Laser Mouse. |

| How do you know that your dog enjoys being a therapy dog? |
Jasper has a certain strut when he leaves the car and heads into a building to visit. He loves to be petted, brushed or cuddled. |
| Any other information that you would like to include about your dog: |
Jasper (coming from the same breeder) is the distant great-uncle of our other 2 therapy dogs Cinnamon and Nutmeg. Although he's really too old to play with them, they are frequently seen walking through the woods together, in our backyard.
